Q: How do I book my place on a course, once I have decided on the course and date?

A: You will have to complete the 90 second registration process if you are not yet registered. For a single course simply click on the course details, then click the book now button for your course date, which will then add the course to your shopping cart. To book a whole certification path click on the certification details and then click on your required date, this will cause the system to schedule and add all the relevant courses to your shopping cart.  You may then proceed to checkout paying by bank transfer or credit / debit card.

Q: Why should spend so much money on education during a recession?

A: We believe that it makes even more sense to invest in education and certification during a recession because you will stand a better chance of getting and retaining your job once you are certified.

Q: Do you provide courses only in English?

A: We specialize in providing Microsoft Official Courses in English. However, most of our certified trainers are bilingual / multilingual, so please contact us to see how we can help you.

Q: What is Boot Camp?

A: Boot Camp is an intense and comprehensive training programme for those students who need to complete a specific certification track in order to gain specialized expertise.

Q: Do you have a difficulty rating for your training courses?

A: No we don’t, but the Microsoft course we offer have a defined audience profile and specify pre-requisites where necessary.

Q: What do I get when I buy Virtual Classroom training?

A: You get exactly the same attention, syllabus and course materials as provided by our  Microsoft-certified classroom courses, but via a remote internet video connection.

Q: Is a Virtual Classroom course a self-study course?

A: No it is not. It is a tutor-lead course that requires your attendance via an internet video link.

Q: How long do I have to complete a Virtual Classroom course?

A: Virtual classes have the same duration as classroom courses.

Q: Can I see and hear the trainer and the other delegates during a Virtual Class?

A: Yes, you can see and hear the trainer in real time and you can also interact with the tutor. The tutor also can coordinate interactions between you and the rest of the class.

Q: Is there any delay in audio or video for the remote delegate?

A: You should not have any audio or video delays as we use state-of-the-art technology. You can test your internet connection by accessing our Webinar once you register with us.
 

Q: Why should I choose a Virtual Classroom over a Physical Classroom if both are instructor-led, both have the same intensity & duration?

A: Students choose virtual classroom training mostly because it easily blends into their work schedule and gives more flexibility. It is also more cost-effective as travel and accommodation costs are not required.

Q: Can I ask the tutor a question in private?

A: Yes can by using a chat function which allows delegates to ask a questions in private. However group chat is also available.

Q: What do I have to do to receive a free newsletter and free access to the StreamUni community webinar?
